Mountain meadow near Čihadník - Dolní Pláně
Our association started taking care of the 0.5 ha meadow located on the southern slopes of the Ještěd ridge near the former Čihadník quarry in 2022.
The meadow with the now threatened habitat of the mountain tripletail meadow has been unmown for several years, and thanks to the mosaic mowing, the occurrence of dominant species will be suppressed and competing weaker species will be promoted, thus increasing the biodiversity of the site. We commissioned a botanical survey on the site in 2022.
